From the amendment to financial law results among others:
- support of electronic data archiving
- duty to keep data records implicit in § 31 and related sanction according to § 37
Together with constantly increasing costs spending on standard form of archiving, it constitutes basic aspects for modern and bargain-package methods of electronic data archiving.
It concerns these works:
- document classification
- creation structure file storage for easy search (in accordance with general company methodology)
- mere document scanning to data format PDF, BMP, JPEG, TIF, …
- scanning into OCR format
- CD burning down of papers
- possible discarding of papers
The most scanning documents for our clients:

Price is related to amount, format and quality of scanning papers.
Due to usage of most modern technology in the Centre of Document Care, we managed to reducing costs to a minimum, which exposed to service price reduction. We also achieved enhancing quality and readability of scanned papers so that the quality of scanned documents after printing is almost identical.
Our employees are required by contract to keep confidential anything pertaining to representation of a client.
